Maples was recommended to me by the Uhaul staff in St.Cloud. We were moving my grandmother in with her daughter out of state and already had 2 "pods" at her place but with such busy schedules and none us being professional packers I wanted someone to haul everything out of the house and pack the "pods" correctly for shipping. I called on Friday and crossed my fingers hoping they would be available Saturday. They had the morning open! My only comment that could be negative was that they were a little late - which was not a big deal for us because we were still packing boxes. The owner showed up with 2 young guys and they got everything into those 2 small "pods" in under 2 hours. It would have taken the 3 of us all day! They were polite, cleaned up after themselves and were obviously efficient. Everything arrived at it's location intact - from the dresser mirror to the glass top tables and everything in between. Best money I could have spent was paying someone else to do the loading! Thanks for the help!

Sadly, I have nothing nice to say of this company because I have the never used them but I did have the incredible misfortune of meeting one of its drivers yesterday at a gas station. I was parked at a pump. I was looking in my purse to see if I had money with me. I didn't notice the truck behind me. He honked the horn. I moved up to the next pump thinking he needed space and that I gave him enough. So by now I was checking my bank balance on my phone. A minute later I hear the man yelling at me by my window, startled I open my window and ask what's the problem. He said in the nastiest voice "WHAT'S YOUR PROBLEM??? ARE YOU GOING TO PUT GAS OR WHAT????!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN HERE FOR LIKE 20 MINUTES!!!!". Which wasn't true. It was more like 5. Idiot! It took me a minute to understand he was waiting for MY pump. I said to him. "You could have just knock on the window" to which he replied "I don't knock on windows.

Anyway eventually I lost my cool and called him what he was.... I don't drive a truck. But if I did, there are nicer ways to ask a motorist to move their car to another pump.

SORRY YOU HAVE SUCH A DRIVER MAPLE MOVING.

recently moved locally and used this company. Quick reliable knowledgable movers. they are not fancy overpriced or filled with excuses for poor service. They truley believe in an honest approach to the customer and getting the job done right!
