Great place, great people. Extended stay couldn’t have been better!

I made the mistake and stayed a few weeks. In the first couple of week's I had to call the Police. The young couple next to me from Colorado the woman yelled for Help and call the Police. As her boyfriend was beating her as he was pulling her back into their RV. Come to find out he had 2 felony arrest warrants out of Colorado. For what you ask Domestic Violence. Then after the next couple that moved into that spot liked to drink. The lady took a HEADED into the door of my vehicle. When my insurance company ask me to call the police for a report. When I told them of this they packed up and left. The Management had told me a week before that she (the manager (main)) was going to have them leave when their rent was due for the next week. The HEADER was 14 days after their rent was due. So they only moved behind the RV park. I called the police and when they came to talk to them they found out the male had an outstanding felony warrant in Washington and was an Escaped felon out of California. ........STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK.....

Never stay here. The rooms are terrible and the place is a dump. The charge by the person, not the room. They even charge extra for kids. This is just a disgusting and horrble place. The managers are rude, awful people. They ask you personal questions befoire you can check in. They want to examine you stuff too.This place should be shut down it is so awful.

RUDE STAFF, DICUSTING AND SCARY GUESTS, DONT PAY IN ADVANCE BECAUSE THEY WILL THROW YOU OUT AS SOON AS THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY AND LOCK YOU OUT AND KEP YOUR PROPERTY. THEY CHANGE THE RULES AT A MOMENTS NOTICE TO SUIT THEM, EVEN THOUGH YOU SIGN IN ADVANCE ACKNOWLEDGING ALL RULES. THIS PLACE IS SLUM...N O R E F U N D S

My spouse and I took employment as "assistant Managers" at the maple Tree Motel in Spokane. It turned out to be more of a house keeping position. The Managers only did house keeping on sunday. The Manager was extremely rude to every one there. She treated the customers as if she was running a jail. She forced house keeping 2 times a week if you want it or not. she just goes in your rooms with out your permission when you are not there.I found crack pipes and dildos when cleaning rooms. The Sheets and bedspreds are disgusting and stained. Bed spreds are NEVER washed. The prices they advertise do not include the $50.00 cleaning deposit,That she wont give back for any reason she can find.If she does not like you she will kick you out in a moment with out your deposit. So although the price might seem right I would advise you to go elsewhere
