Bill D did an excellent job on our annual furnace service. My wife and I had many questions that he answered concerning the continuing care of our furnace, humidifier and water heater. We plan on calling Manwill for future heating and plumbing service.

furnance repair by
Bill Devaney serviced our furnace today. He serviced our furnace in 2012 and replaced a blower motor. After he installed the blower motor, he discovered the flames to the burner were not coming our properly. He helped us get a furnace cleaner to come out and clean the burners etc since that could be the problem. It turned out that was the case. We had our pilot light go out on us over the weekend. We have an older furnace and called Bill out to come check the furnace to make sure everything was running ok and it was just the pilot light needed to be lit. He came out and checked the furnace and had the pilot light lit and the furnace up and running. The service was excellent. The thing we like the most is the honesty of Bill and your company. He gave us alternatives to have the furnace fixed in 2012 and what it would cost vs a new furnace. He didn't try and force a new furnace sale on us. We called someone else in 2012 and they took one look at it and told us we needed a whole new furnace. Which we could not afford at the time. So that's when we called you for a second opinion. The blower motor and squirrel cage broke on our furnace leaving us without air conditioning in 100 degree weather. After an outrageous quote from another vendor and an attempt to sell us a new furnace, my husband fixed the problem himself for $350. He called Manwill so that someone could check his work and Bill D. was helpful, personable and educational. We will can Manwill next time we have a problem with our furnace. Thanks Bill D.!
