I dropped off a leather coat that needed buttons. I was told to stop by anytime after 3 on Friday to pick it up. That gave them three days to sew on three buttons. I stopped in at 4:30 on Friday and was told that the coat wasn't back from their other location. The person called the other location, and although she was speaking in Spanish, I heard her ask if she should tell me Monday or Tuesday. At that, I asked why it would take that long to get my coat back. They took my number and said the coat should be back by seven that night. I did get my coat back that night, but should not have had to make two trips to do so. I will not take anything there again. It was just one time, but to have bad service the first time says a lot to me about what to expect from them in the future.
Takes too long

When I was at the counter dropping off my shirts, I overheard the lady tell the customer in front of me they are under new management. It shows. I dropped of my shirts on a Wednesday and couldn't pick them up until Monday. That's almost a week. I wanted them folded and they forgot that too. I don't need another dry cleaners that require babysitting. I just went through that with Pilgrim.
