ABOUT THE COMPANY and MANN COMPANIES is conveniently located between Chicago and Milwaukee in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The MANN COMPANIES organization has been operating in the Illinois / Wisconsin area for over 15 years. MANN COMPANIES has two operations; Mann Public Warehouse; Mann Export Packaging. Mann Public Warehouse has two locations in Kenosha, Wisconsin to serve our customers 2700 52nd Street and 4200 39th Avenue. Both warehouses are insured and certified as food grade warehouses by the Wisconsin Department Of Agriculture. Mann Public warehouse can accommodate storage of all types of dry goods, nonperishable products. The combined locations have over 645,000 square feet of climate controlled inside storage, 26 loading docks, and a fleet of forklifts to service our customers needs. A Radio Frequency Warehouse Management System (WMS) is used for inventory control of customer goods and order processing. If required, Mann Public Warehouse offers special services such as: 24-hour dock service. pick / pack, pallet exchange programs, regional trucking services and outside storage for larger items. Mann Public Warehouse is a member of the International Logistics Warehouse Association and the Kenosha Chamber of Commerce. Mann Export Packaging is located at 2700 52nd Street, Kenosha, Wisconsin. Mann Export offers packaging, custom crating, and shipping services for goods being transported within the United States and abroad.
