The food and especially the staff at Mammaâ€™s was horrible! We ordered 1 large extra cheese pizza, 1 regular Stromboli, 1 garlic bread and 2 cannoliâ€™s. We were told when placing our order that it would be 25 minutes for pick upâ€¦. Ok normal time to expectâ€¦. My husband Mike went to pick the food up when he got there the rude guy in the back advised Mike that he didnâ€™t start our order yet he said â€œLook I have been too busy to start your order! You are gonna have to wait! You need to wait!â€ Mike came back really mad he was just yelled at by some jerk!! He asked me to call in so I did, I explained I have three very hungry little boys that would really like to eat, I was advised it would be at least another 20 minutes until ready, no apology at all for the delayâ€¦â€¦. This time I went to pick up the food it was still not ready I stood there about 5 minutesâ€¦.. Everyone working there was rude to me and was cutting me dirty looks like I have inconvenienced them with my order! No one apologized!! I was even given an intimidated feeling not to dare say anythingâ€¦.. When rang up the food totaled $46.61!!! My head was scrambling this could not be right!! Apparently they charge almost double the price a normal restaurant charges for pizza!! Still no apology just rudeness, dirty looks and oh especially no discount for the inconvenience! The food looked good but was NOT the pizza and Stromboli were not even cooked through both were completely full of RAW DOUGH!!! After the way I was treated I did not call back in again and by this point my boys were seriously hungry considering how long they had to wait for the food to even get there. I put the pizza and sromboli in the oven to finish cooking the doughâ€¦.. I was mad and still am for paying almost $50.00 for BAD SERVICE and food that was not even cooked! Who treats there customers like this?!?!? We will NOT waste our money ever again at this place!!!! Mamas Pizza in New Bloomfield is the WORST pizza shop in PA!! Do not waste your time or money!!
