Slow service , braiders stop every second to start someone else’s hair & eat without saying anything I’m always in the shop 8+ hours , they don’t value the customer’s time …

I got my hair done at mama's 3 or 4 times but I'll never go back there ever again they changed the price on me & the last time I got my hair braided ah tall slim lady burned my head when she dipped my braids cuz she was on the damn phone not only that I got my hair braided on ah Saturday & not 1 but 2 of my braids came out on Monday I went back on Wednesday & the same damn lady had the nerves to ask me who braided my hair & she's the same 1 who did them every time I went then refused to put my braids back n until I started cursing I'll never ever go back to MAMA'S AFRICAN HAIR BRAIDING OF FATU EITHER CUZ SHE AFFILIATED WITH THEM TO SHE RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET

I love going to mama's they always hook me up i get a fair price and i been going to them for years !!!!! I give them a thumbs up........

Mamas Salon does excellent hair, but they all talk on there cell phones way to much. They also raised the price after telling me one price over the phone. Now thats very bad bussiness because they dont know who i know. That could effect half of there clients. There was a heavy set lady that took a lighter to my twist, i sure hope and pray that my hair is not all burnt up when i take my hair down.
