I used Executive Limousine & Sedan Service last night for my son's 21st Birthday and they were fabulous! It started when I called and the owner Trish answered the phone and immediately emailed me a contract for what I needed. The car arrived early, fully stocked, and even had Birthday decorations inside. The driver, Charles was fantastic throughout the night. It was a perfect 21st Birthday celebration, safe and cost effective! Thank you for the great service.

This is the second time we have ever posted an online review, but we had to share how pleased we are with Malibu Limousine. Patricia is a delight. She runs a very efficient and tech-savvy operation and still manages to provide old-school graciousness and customer service. (Most of the time she answers the phone herself--truly amazing!) Her vehicles are in great shape, and her drivers are cordial and meticulously professional--often having worked for her for years (that alone tells you something!) Patricia handles reservations and all scheduling follow-up with metronomic efficiency--and yet takes the time to convey warmth and concern for her clients needs and to act on those needs. The pricing is very competitive. We recently used Malibu Limousine for transportation to celebrate a 50th anniversary. On her own initiative, Patricia went out of her way to add special touches and considerations to make the whole transportation experience memorably sentimental. Patricia, you and Malibu Limousine are the best! Can't wait to use you again.
