I have used this company once before and I guess it depends on who comes over. The leaky faucet could not be repaired and the repairman called the office and had them call the warehouse or he called both. It was a problem getting the brass faucet which had to be replaced. The order would take 3 weeks approx. I was told to find the faucet myself and was given in WRITING a statement saying the bill for installation would be 195 minus 49.95 which was the service call for that day. However after purchasing the faucet the next day the installer a different guy tried to charge me the full 195 again. When I showed him the statement he said no that's not the price and charged 195 minus 32.50 SO THE FINAL PRICE WAS CHANGED AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE. ALSO, there is a leak under the sink. I had angie's list send the company a letter but mainline never replied. SO with this company it just depends WHO comes over
If it was a bigger job the price change would really be a shocker

I've been using Mainline Plumbing & Sewer since the business started in 1993. Each time over that near 25 years, excellent service has been provided within one day or on the same day as my call and each time the service people who came out were courteous and attentive, not to mention very neat with the work. Further each time, they explained more about plumbing than I'd ever picked up from a DIY project or book. I'm guessing that since they charge by the job, they may be a bit more expensive than some others, but if so, that is more than offset by a job well done and worry-free.

I can't say enough about this business. After waiting for five hours for Roto-rooter to show up, I discovered they had "lost" my appointment. A friend of mine suggested Mainline. I called them and within 45 minutes, their tech Dave was at my door. not only was Dave super friendly and competent, but he educated me about some things to keep the main and back-up pumps working properly. Considering there was a bad leak, and I had to leave town the next day, I was in a super-bind, and these guys really pulled it out for me. Thanks for everything! I couldn't be happier.

My sump pump failed at the worst time, and I had no time or patience for plumbing outfits that use answering machines or call services. At Mainline my call went directly to someone in charge and I got a wonderfully quick response to my home by a qualified plumber. Had the brand of pump I prefer on board the truck, would not enter the house without putting on the boot covers, (that is respect), and had the pump changed in no time. Did I mention that a section of PVC pipe was bad and Dave changed it out without charging me extra. Also, Dave took the time to wet vacuum out the sand from the bottom of my sump pump pit, now that is awesome customer service! This install by Dave was quality work, at a very fair price! Call Mainline Plumbing when you run into trouble, you will be glad you did!

I had a leak in my kitchen sup...

I had a leak in my kitchen supply line on Sunday morning. Bill was assigned to our job and was out within the hour promised. He listened to what I had to say, surveyed the situation and professionally completed the job. Bill did not rush through the job, nor did he seem concerned with anything other than solving the problem. I appreciate his expertise and timeliness. Will absolutely recommend to friends and family and wouldn't hesitate to contact MAINLINE should the need arise. Thanks.

Exceptional Service!!

I had a leak under my kitchen sink and found Mainline Plumbing in the AT&T Yellow Page book. I called them at 8:30am and they arrived at 11:30am - exactly the time the scheduled. Andy, their serviceman, found that our garbage disposal was old and rusting and within an hour had removed the old unit and pipes and replaced them. (It was so old that he needed to use a recipricating saw). When he was finished, he cleaned up the whole area.

I would definitely recommend Mainline to family and friends, and their first on my list for any future plumbing needs!
