Best chicken in northern Utah by bluegrasser - 10/18/2009I can't believe I'm the first to give a rating for the famous Maddox. I have many friends that make the trip from Logan to Perry to eat at Maddox. My family likes to stop on our return trip from SLC to Logan for their chicken baskets. I'm not sure how they prepare the chicken, but it is skinless and spiced just right. The meat is always moist and tender. The rolls are super good too. I work with a gal that always has me pickup a dozen rolls for her when I am in the area. Try it... you won't be disappointed. PS- The cream pies are fabulous...
