I started doing business with the Mac crew in the mid 1990's when I owned a commercial lawn care company. After the company was sold in 2001 I have continued to use them for personal equipment, repairs, and parts. The "mac" brothers are simply the best. Although they are not the cheapest in town, their work is always done correctly and done when they say it will be. They also stand behind their work, having fixed errors that were made. Having over 15 years of experience dealing with them, I have yet to find anyone else in Northern Colorado who comes close!

i had brought all my mowers, trimmers chainsaws etc to Mac brothers. i find them to be grossly overpriced. no matter what service i brought a tool in for, and no matter how many times i would tell them "DO NOT POWERWASH THIS TOOL" every time, it would be powerwashed and i would be charged for it. the final straw was when i brought a riding mower in to be checked out. i was told unceremoniously that it would be $500.00 to fix. i was shocked. i brought it to a small local outfit. the one man operator laid on the ground beneath my machine, flicked a switch, started the mower up and told me to "get outa here" YOU DO THE MATH. my star rating above denotes my dissatisfaction with this company's services. there are many many local tiny outfits that will give better service, faster services and much less expensive service.

I have bought a weed trimmer and mower from Mac, and have been very happy with the experience. They know their stuff, and have also been helpful years later when the engine isn't running as well as it used to. Great Place!

I usually feel somewhat intimidated going into businesses with such high end equipment thinking I am out of my league. The "Family" at MAC Equipment treat you as though you were a guest in their home, giving the proper attention & respect consumers deserve. When you finally decide to leave, you do so with your dignity in tact. Long live MAC Equipment! Thanks Guys. I'll be back.

On vacation in Loveland in a motorhome that we rented in Austin Tx. and the generator stopped running. We needed a quick repair and found Mac Equipement to be a god send. Mike, their technician, was able to find and fix the problem very quickly and was very friendly and courteous. They guys on the parts counter were also very friendly and helpful. I highly recomend this company.
