Had a loose wire/short in my portable in-car-mounted satellite radio which would cause the radio to loose power temporarily every time I hit a bump. Called Auto Radio Stereo to see if I needed an appointment, and they said "just bring it in when you can". Brought it in 20 mins later, and they immediately went to the car, took a quick look at the system, took it into the shop, and in 10 mins said it was fixed (a bad fuse holder). Didn't charge for the work. How can you beat that kind of service?

First time customer at ARS and was pleasantly surprised what a difference there was shopping in a small locally owned store versus a "best buy" type. The employees really displayed care towards me and my vehicle. At ARS they didnt seem to hound me at all but did offer everything under the sun to me, which I appreciated. Its nice to learn about new technologies that I didnt even know existed!. Dont plan on running in and out of there quickly as they do like to talk about their products, and "teach" customers about them. They offer great prices and service that they provided me and others seems to be top notch!!!!! Give em a shot - youll be pleased. Mike Edwards was my salesperson

Good pricing... But the overall service recieved is Excellent... The time and effort the staff puts in to make sure you get exactly what you want is uncomparable.

Not very helpful on the phone and overly pushy when I went in to look at some of their products. When they wouldn't stop suggesting items I didn't want I eventually left and shopped elsewhere. I thought I would have received better service in a local store but was suprised when I was treated like that...no thanks.

My family has been going there a while now. they have worked on five of my cars & trucks now. It's easy to forget with all the glitz & flash of big electronics stores to go where they specialize in an area of service & I did for a while I'm sad to say but I paid for it & had to take my car to Auto Radio Stereo to fix it! My antenna, overheating cd-stereo & mis-wired alarm all made right by Auto Radio Sereo. ARS hooked me up when even the dealership couldn't even get it right. Even the prices are right. ARS gives you quality service at fair prices.
