I sat down with Sean and he explained the bankruptcy process. It was something I wasn't sure I needed. He said I could pay the $670.00 fee and if I don't need it I could just get a refund. I paid the fee the following week. His staff called me periodically over the next year, I had changed my mind and requested a refund. He refused, saying I've never been in his office before and he doesn't know who I am and he has no record of a payment. I had moved and lost my receipt and had no proof. But for a business to keep shtty records should tell you to go to another business.

Sean filed my bankruptcy. I found him in the Christian Blue Pages. He was helpful. Stopped the garnisheement and let me make payments. Happy with service and would recommend.
