Mr. Kaplan has had over 40 years experience in estate planning and asset protection, probate, elder law, Medicaid planning, trust, business and corporate law, real estate, family limited partnerships, limited liability companies and taxation.

He is licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona and Illinois, as well as the United States Supreme Court, United States Tax Court and other federal courts. He was Chairman and a member of the Arizona Board of Tax Appeals – Income and Sales Tax Division, from 1976 to 1988. Martindale - Hubbell has given Mr. Kaplan an AV Rating, which is the highest rating.

He has been a speaker at numerous seminars for attorneys, accountants and the general public. He is known for his ability to simplify complex estate planning strategies and help his clients to take advantage of sophisticated tax savings and estate planning techniques.
