I had an appointment and they were onetime, not busy. My nails were not trimmed properly, I had gel placed on my nails. At no point did the male technician say hello, mention his name, it was strictly what color did I want and do I want them trimmed and how much. I also got my toes done with gel. At the very end my left foot is in the lamp and he just takes off and walks out of the shop without saying where he was going, nothing! Ok, somebody I believe his name is Andy took the lamp off my feet and I paid my bill, leaving the guy 23% tip, stupid me, but he did work. Last night two nails broke/chipped and I text and they told me to come by today that they will fix them. I got there today, the guy was there and said not a word and only another woman was there she told me to sign in and find the color I used. For some reason, I was unable to get into the computer screen she wanted me to use and I mentioned this and she said she wasen't going to look the color I used up and to pick a color. Now, with all the many colors they do have there, no way am I going to figure out what color it was as I needed two colors, I had a base color and a shimmer color. She told me to pick any color out and I said I didn't know the color that is when I said I will never come back and her response was "don't come back, its ok"! I was very pleasant and spoke softly and didn't deserve this treatment and to pay for a gel manicure to have two nails broken on the same day and not being able to get it repaired.

I love the Spanish Lady Elizabeth. She gives the BEST Pedicure I have had in years. She is very friendly and upbeat. Highly recommend her services.

This place is very professional. They do good job and very friendly. I love my girl Hannah she do my nails look so great.
