Called yesterday asking if a part was in stock and the price. I was told it was in stock and I was provided a price. The price quoted matched online retailers 'non-discounted retail price' and a price quote from another dealership. The next day my wife drops by to pick up the part and the price now is 95% higher. When questioned about the price quoted yesterday they asked who I talked to and after I gave them a name they were then able to sell it for that price. We are not taking large dollars but I guess this is why there are stereotypes about dealerships.

I've been very pleased with the service I've received. I used to go to Grossman Chevrolet, but I am proud to say I am now a Lupient Chevrolet customer.

Just purchase a used Chevy Tahoe from the dealership,and found the whole experience easy. From the quality internet photos to the sales person Tim Redfield, I will refer others to Tim and Lupient Chev.--Love the ride of this truck!
