Awful landlord that threatened to sue when I pressed for more prompt and competent repairs on the hovel. Sole "handyman" took weeks to arrive and only made temporary repairs on serious problems (leaking ceiling into light fixture and electrical wiring, sagging ceiling, warped floor, poor heating and ventilation, NO AC).Beware.

Awful personal manner. Took weeks to get any sort of repair done on the hovel I lived in. Made me pay a full year's rent in advance.

This business has been a bad decision for me since day 1. We have had numerous issues with the apartment itself since moving in, such as bugs, the toilet malfunctioning constantly,(causing us to use thousands of gallons more than normal), the main door having trouble with locking, (it could literally be pushed open without much effort if not dead bolted), the refridgerator stopped working in the middle of the night one time and spoiled a lot of our food, fights in the parking lot due to questionable people being allowed to rent here, when I MYSELF was given the third degree before they let me move in, (including blood being splattered on my car), drug deals and parties going on outside, the washer/dryer hookups not sealing properly and flooding our kitchen, and more.

On top of all this, not only have I been personally insulted and harassed by the landlord, being called a baby who needs to grow up and act like an adult, and flat out liar, but my family has also been harassed throughout the whole process, and they aren't even ON the lease.

To top all of it off, they recently tried to sue us. What an eye opener! There were at LEAST 10 families they were pursuing in court that DAY. I'm sure ours was not the only wrongful case being tried, but the landlord told the tenants NOT TO SHOW UP, so that they would automatically be judged against, (but of course they didn't tell them that part)! Talk about manipulation of people who don't know how the judicial system works! Back to our case, they were trying to sue us for rent that wasn't even due for two weeks! They stacked on some other fees and court costs too. Luckily, we showed up and defended ourselves against them and the case was dismissed. Their "lawyer" showed up, while they stayed back in their office across town to avoid seeing the faces of all the people they're taking advantage of.

We are moving out asap, as the situation just keeps getting worse and worse here. I do not recommend ANYBODY to rent from these people. Their apartments are cheap, but for a reason. They KNOW they'll squeeze as much money as they can out of you before you're gone. And I already know they're not going to give me my security deposit back. Save yourself HUNDREDS of extra dollars and find a place that costs a little more, but has a landlord with a documented, good reputation. It's not worth it.

These individuals do not return calls, nor do they spray for the cockroaches or other critters crawling around your apartment. They also will try to take your security deposite when you leave their apartments in better condition than you received it. Be sure to take full pictures and keep full documentation if you make the mistake of renting with them.
