This company has raised rates, as well as their service fee (by $12) with no prior notice. The bills didn't use to contain cost per kWh. They tacked on extra charges, again, with no prior notice, when these items used to not be on the bill. (i.e.. street light, underground fee)

Unsatisfied customer! Failure to provide services after hours when there is a power outage. There is not an emergency line to contact that is very inconvenience to customers to be able to find out what's going on in the area. Please consider 24 emergency services after hours as well as another line to call like a 1-800 number to ask questions as well.
