I took our vehicle there for a diagnosis" $135 "and that amount would be waived if we had the repairs done with them. Well, after they diagnosed I was told it would be $552 so I told them to go ahead and fix it. I then asked if that price reflected the $135 being waived and the service writer Jim Bohl gave me the deer in the head light look and then said "No, we have to add that in so the total will be $687" I said what happened to that fee getting waived like I was told. He tried telling me he never said that, but rather that fee gets wrapped in. What a crook of $hit, I told him I would never do business with LUjack again. So I did some checking with another Lexus dealer and was told, it should be waived. I also went as far as to ask Lujacks online chat if the diagnosis fee gets waived if the repairs are done there and was told yes indeed. I told the Jim to have manager Brain Sproston call. No call yet, I have left him 2 voice mails and called his line over 5 times, this was over ago

The staff there is very stuck up and it very difficult to get any questions answered. Plus, the sales people don't really know any thing about the cars they're selling.
