aside from long wait because only 2 people work there the nail polish quality is horrible. I got a French shellac and within 12 hours the color on tips was dissolving. I went back next day they did same color and it happened again in less than 5 days. very low quality of products and customer service. they would not allow me money back even though I had them remove gel.

I love going there. Sometimes it's hard for them to understand me but the man there tells them no! She wants this! But the work is very good. And clean. Another little down fall...a young girl cleaned the tub for the pedicure. Like maybe 11? Not sure if a 11yr old knows how to exactly clean a tub. I always have a relaxing time there. And my nails always last a long time.
