Provided by YP.comMy fence installed in June 2019, has broken pickets, a gate that does not close properly and pickets where the nail is off to the side (not even nailed in). I expressed my concerns to the owner of the company but have only received reasons by the wood has warped. My concerns are not about the warped pickets, which are many and look terrible. My concerns are for the cracked and broken pickets, the poorly constructed gate, and the pickets that only have one nail on the top with another nail in-between pickets. The owner has told me that there is nothing else he can do. I am very disappointed with the poor craftsmanship and Mr. Lucero's unwillingness to do the right thing.
