Tom provided excellant counsel in looking at examples of what could be done on our difficult site. If an error was found, it was corrected immediately, with or without our knowledge. We found them to be fast, fair and efficient. A wonderful bonus to us has been Shon, who has been servicing our pool with a smile and a song in his heart since day one.
