We are replacing the flooring in our home completely with new wood and carpeting, a rather large project. The guy came from Valdosta and measured and said we would hear from the store in 3 business days. It was well over 2 weeks when I decided to call and find out what's going on. They are not sure anyone is going to take the job. ??? Exactly what does that mean? It is removing the old flooring and installing new In a 3,000 sq ft home. That would be money Iin somebody's pocket. No, they aren't sure they have anyone to take the job so I guess I need to go elsewhere to find materials and labor. I am sure the manager would love this info, but I am too angry to bother finding an idiot who would hire employees like these!

I've had mixed experiences with Lowes in Douglas over the years. Sometime they are jam up and couldn't have asked for better service and product and other times it can be majorly lacking. It really depends on who helps you and who is over the particular area that you are dealing with. They have some really good employees in several areas and also have some good managers, but as with any large outfit they can't please everyone and have a few employees on the lazy side, but overall try their best. I have had several large purchases with them over the years and I'm overall satisfied.

No customer service. Ordered blinds. Erika did not return call to inform builder of status. Blinds are 2 months pass the time that they were to be here. Requested refund. Refund not allowed per Erika.
