Absolutely love this store best selection of everything

I had Lowe's double charge my account after making several purchases. When I went to the store to get my card refunded I was told that there was an issue with my bank despite the fact that I had brought my bank statements with me which clearly showed that my account had been charged twice. I spoke with Tamara one of the managers at Lowe's and she was very unhelpful and rude. She told me that they wouldn't be able to call their corporate office to resolve the issue until Monday when it was 11:30 am on a Thursday. I'm going to file a dispute at the bank right now. I will not be returning to Lowe's in future do to their extremely poor customer service. Tamara should be ashamed at the way that she handled the situation. I would highly recommend shopping at the Home Depot in Liberty Lake if you are looking for a close alternative to Lowe's.

Everything you could ask for for the home builder or fixer upper. The only problem is lots of time hard to find someone to help. I know everyone is cutting back right now on help, but they really need a few more on duty to help.
