I AM A GENERAL CONTRACTOR AND THESE FOLKS TAKE GREAT CARE OF MY CUSTOMERS AND ANYONE I HAVE SENT TO THEM. THE WHOLE TEAM HAS GONE WHERE OTHERS WONT WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I ordered some tille from this Lowe's on 7/14/08. Was told in would be in on 7/26/08. Went to pick it up and the tile for the kitchen was not in. Was told it would take 2 more days. In the meantime I had the instalation set up with my tile setter. They said sorry, but it was a special order and it would be tow more days. I asked where it was a special order from. The manufacturer or another Lowe's. Well it was from another Lowe's that is 40 miles round trip. Seams a little rediculous that it would take more than two weeks to get something from another branch that is only an hour and a half round trip. Wound up driving to the other store and picking it up myself. On top of all this. It took over an hour for them to get what they had and bring it to the loading area. Then they forgot part of it,. Said they would be right back with the rest. After another 15 minutes of waiting. I went back to where the part they forgot was and it was setting in the isle and no one around. Picked it up myself. On the way too my truck. The guy that said he would be right back with the rest. I saw B/S'n with his buddy's. Customer service is nill and void. I will avoid this Lowe's and any Lowe's as long as I can get what I need elsewhere.

This store is well located. Parking is great, and the clerks are available to help. There are ample choices for a variety of products. We have purchased utility tables and storage bins as well as large items and live plants. We will return again and again.

This store has everything including the kitchen sink! We purchase vinyl gloves, paint, our air conditioner (master cool) as well as extension cords, play sand, and plants in the summer. Sales people are always around, helpful and glad to offer suggestions. Store has great parking and the parking lots are well lit. Prices are competitive.
