Poorly run by the store manager, employees have agreed. Not enough employees because the managers get bonus if they don't "over spend" in payroll. Have heard some departments won't have anyone scheduled for that department on some days, overall poorly run business and the low morale is disappointing.

This is the second year in a row that the double sided tape in the Frost King door insulation kit was so old it wouldn't stick. Stop selling outdated products!

Awesome customer service!! I was greeted at the door everytime the person in the blue vest saw me they asked if I needed help. The employee at customer service was friendly and knowledgeable. I had help everywhere I went especially to load my product. I love this store the employees and management was outstanding. I will continue to only shop at this Lowe's.

I love this store! The people are wonderful.

I wish I could choose no stars... really bad service! I went in to purchace a Bosch tankless water heater and they did not know where it was. I had called and had it on hold from the day before in my name!! No one would help me find it. Customer service woman was so rude that I finally made her call the manager on duty and he finally came up to the desk after I waited for an hour to begin with trying to go from department to department to have someone at least try to help me with no luck.... Employee and Management really are poor for the Juan Tabo store! Home Depot all the way... Home Depot has GREAT customer service and great help too... the will help you get anything you need and load it!!!! Never again will I shop Lowes!!!

Lousy services from installation to management. Had new front door replaced in January, am still fighting w/installer, store installation & store management. looked like it was glued in w/Elmer's, removed security door knob so it wouldn't hit the new door knob, air leaks at jam & threshold, broke doorbell, can't get installer (a) to care (b) to repair their damage w/o fighting for it. Mocked by woman in install department, made minimum of five calls back to back just to speak to someone in the store. Extremely frustrating. Will never trust Lowe's again.

Want support when making a purchase here--you won't get it. Over the last 2 months I purchased about 50 bags of stucco in this store. Not once did I find anyone to help me with the 80lb bags. When they see you checking out, they go to the back of the store.However, when I tried to get lumber from the rack, which was above floor level. No one was available to help till I put a board on a cart and started pulling out the boards myself. A female manager came down the aisle yelling get off of that. She said, if you need stairs you should have asked for them. Of course, no stairs in sight and no employees showing an interest in helping either. I said, ok go get some stairs. She went off making some other insulting comments, and I said to her, don't bother. I got down and started walking to the door. She followed me saying, I could just see you splattering your head all over the floor. I stopped and looked at her and said. Lady I don't need your comments. I left the store.

This was a horrible experience. I ordered blinds for my whole house, was told 3 week process. Blinds were ordered wrong, replacement was supposedly placed on rush order. A week later found out the re-order never happened. Had to wait another 2 weeks, only one set of blinds came in, found out the other set was never ordered. A month and a half later and Im still waiting for my blinds. Ive spoken with associates, Sales Manager and Assistant Store Manager and only received one apology. Never offered temporary blinds. The most they could do for me was tell me I have to wait for the blinds to come in. They have been paid in full since the day I ordered them. The most horrible experience Ive had while making home improvements. I should have gone with Home Depot or someone else local. Done with Lowes.
