My oven just died so my husband and I went to purchase a new one. They had one lady working the appliance area. There were about 6 people needing help. She called for help and no one came across the isle were 2 employees not doing anything and she went to them to ask for help. They told her no! A nice gentleman came to help her. She called for more help and nothing. We waited for over 30 minutes. We left and went to Home Depot. The nice lady there acknowledged us and finished with her one customer and gave us excellent service. Besides an oven we bought a new dishwasher. Lowes lost out on that sale. Lowes also gave me difficulty over the washer and dryer I bought from them the whole shipping and installation was a nightmare! The punched out the wrong hole on the dryer told us they'd be back tomorrow and give us a 10% discount. Guess what? That didn't happen. I called the next day and they said the delivery guy shouldn't have said that and it would be 3 days. Then they wouldn't install it! Never again will I buy appliances from them. No one helped me the fridge either.....

I will never shop at the Lowes in Gulfport again. The customer service is absoteuly terrible! I went shopping for a new dryer. Mark that worked in the are was extremely rude! He wouldn't even help me. Just point to the dryers! I will only shop at Homedepot from now on.

Staff looks down on you if you question a price. Roll their eyes for military discount. This store is not a good example of the loews chain. I will never go back. It's Home Depot for me from now on.

I use to work at this store, I like that it is very clean

We had a great Black Friday shopping day here! There were plenty of staff available to help.
