I've been a repeat customer having several windshields replaced overtime. These folks have always done a very good job with very reasonable prices. Service has always been outstanding was getting the job done quickly and with no appointment.

Happy: Quick turnaround, even when I brought my car in at 3:00.
Happy: Low price beat the competitors from 40% (next closest bid) to 60% (the highest bid.
Happy: Courteous service, competent, and was offered used parts for my very old car. I like to recycle!

My windshield was damaged in an accident and all I could think about was “It’s going to cost a fortune to replace it.” I, like most people, don’t have a lot of extra money to spend these days and after calling around and receiving quotes of $250 or more to replace it, I figured that I will have to spend the little money I had on the windshield instead of other bills I had that were piling up. Then I ran across LOW COST AUTO GLASS’ website. I called them and when Pete quoted me $120 installed I couldn't believe my ears and actually asked him to repeat it again to make sure I was hearing was correct. When he asked me if I wanted to make an appointment for that same morning to get my windshield fixed I couldn't say yes fast enough. Sam, the technician who installed the windshield was very courteous, professional and installed the windshield in record time and even vacuumed out the interior of my car, leaving it cleaner inside than when I spend a Saturday afternoon washing and cleaning it.

IN MY OPINION YOU WOULD BE STUPID TO EVEN THINK ABOUT GOING ANYWHERE ELSE OTHER THAN LOW COST AUTO GLASS!

I was working with a lawn mower and a stone got ejected from it and shattered my neighbor's driver's side window on her Toyota Rav 4. I acquired estimates and researched comments/ratings on YELP of several area auto glass businesses and presented them to my neighbor. The lowest price AND the apparent most highly reviewed establishment was Low Cost Auto Glass. Furthermore, a friend of mine had used "Low Cost" for windshield replacement and said he was very satisfied. So, I was confident that my neighbor would receive better than average service for this seemingly routine window replacement. That was on July 3 of this year. It took a couple of weeks for my neighbor's schedule to mesh with getting her vehicle to the auto glass place, but she had, I believe, taken it in by about the middle to late July. To their credit, "Low Cost" completed the job quickly, so she came home with a window on her driver's side which I was very happy to see. Unfortunately, she reported that the window had to remain in the "up" position because raising or lowering it would cause it to drop irretrievably into the door frame. She said that she was going to take it back for further repairs. When she did, however, she was informed that her windows electric motor was the cause of the problem. Furthermore, she was told that she would need to purchase said motor and that "Low Cost" would install it. She purchased the motor, and it was determined that the motor was NOT the cause of the difficulties she was suffering with the disappearing window. She was able to recover the cost of the motor, fortunately, and was told that "Low Cost" would utilize the assitance of a Vehicle Mechanic's shop to correct the problems she had been experiencing since the intial window replacement. As of this posting, the vehicle has been in the possession of the "Mechanic" for over two weeks. Moreover, numerous attempts to reach said mechanic have been unsuccessful. It's difficult to tell who dropped the ball here, but taking over a month to simply replace a driver's side window in a very common vehicle type is unreasonable. PLEASE contact my neighbor, the "Mechanic," and whoever else deemed necessary to complete this task. My neighbor is a hard-working, terribly patient, kind and reasonable person, and, of course, I feel personally responsible for the incident which resulted in her window being shattered. Your ratings and even the word-of-mouth praises of your business indicate that you guys will see this thing through and get this girl back on the road with a vehicle that has a working window. I was unable to determine how to rate with "stars," as this is a pending matter. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation pertaining to this matter.

My drivers side window was busted out and I was obviously freaking out over what this would cost me, who has money for things like that these days? This place was fast friendly and gave me the best price out of about 14 other quotes. Telling everyone come here and I'll be back should I ever need help again. Thank you!

Needed a windshield, called 30 minutes before closing, but, they said bring it. I did was out of there in no time. If I ever need another this is the place I will go.

I have had to replace a number of different types of glass for diff/ types of cars and trucks. from my 2002 tacoma to a 2006 Altima They have been able to provide me with the best customer service. Great quality work and the best prices in town. I work for a local dealership and the company which we have accounts with cant match their prices. also in my case the have had the glass in stock 100% of the time and the work is done a timely manner
