Called for a repair of a central air conditioner. Jacob was on time (who ever heard?), considerate and well spoken. I appreciate him answering some questions. I would recommend highly.

Finally gave up

Lovings installed a new A.C. unit in my home around 2001. Every other year since it was installed it does not work. They kept telling me it was this or that but basically has always leaked. Promised in the begining to charge up freon for free since they could'nt find a leak. Year before last promised they found leak. After paying around 900.00 for new a-coil fired it up two days ago and what do you know NO COLD AIR. Had it with Lovings. Also charged me 65.00 dollars one winter to bang on a pipe with a screwdriver four times. BEWARE!!!!!

We had our heater in breakdown...

We had our heater in breakdown mode. The company was patient when calling and canceling a few times (my fault). When they came they fixed it fast and cheap. Very kind people, took time to explain the problem and show what they did. Felt comfortable I want not taken for a walk.

Will come back to them.
