I've been to Lotus many times. Have had 10 massages with different people and every single experience has been excellent. Warm and welcoming atmosphere; very kind and friendly people; and very talented people giving the massages. I would recommend this place very very highly if you're looking for a great massage and a really friendly, caring atmosphere! I've lived all over and had massages in many places and I can honestly say that Lotus is at the top of my list.

Awful service. They don't care about their patients. After coming down with the flu I called to cancel an appointment, and was met with a sarcastic receptionist who chastised me for not calling the day before. When I apologized and told her that it was a fast onset and I had a high fever, she actually questioned that "colds don't usually result in high fevers". She then went on to lecture me that I should have called 48 hrs in advance because they have a schedule to maintain. Apparently the heatlh of their clients and facility don't matter much to them, not as much as making their bottom line. I don't usually write bad reviews, but this was exceptional.

I visited Tuscon for an overnight stay and booked a massage while I was there. Jeff was able to take care of my lingering neck pain in a competent professional way, and Laura, the owner, was super helpful and kind. From the moment I walked in, til the moment I left, things just kept getting better and better. I wish we had a place as great as this in Phoenix and would highly recommend Lotus Wellness to any of my friends. Hope to return next trip to Tucson!

I have been receiving therapeutic, deep tissue massage every 3-4 weeks for over 12 years for chronic headaches. When I moved to Tucson 1.5yrs ago I struggled to find a good massage therapist for months until I finally found the Lotus Massage & Wellness Center. Not only did I find a wonderful therapist, I found many all under one roof. I am always able to get in when I need to because of convenient hours and prompt call backs for scheduling. In addition ALL of the therapists I have utilized are competent, talented and caring individuals able to tailor each session to my specific needs. The atmosphere is pleasant, clean and relaxing. This is the only place you need for everything massage can offer- from stress relief to therapeutic deep tissue work for relief from chronic pain and injuries. Lotus Massage Center therapists will enhance your state of health and well being.
