I just bought a car from Long's Auto. As a first time buyer I was terrified but when entering their place of business the staff welcomed me making me feel so comfortable and important. They listened to what I needed and pick the car that fits me and my budget. They were patient and kind. The owner Jim even came out the office and introduced himself with friendly conversation. They went over the paperwork with me making sure I understood what I was signing. I couldn't have picked a better place to have bought a car. Jim, Adam and the rest of the staff at Long's Auto thank you so very much....

I contacted Mr. Long on my issues we sat down and resolved the issues on my 2006 Expedtion I am very impressed with this dealership and would defiantly buy another truck from Longs and highly recommend anybody to buy here they are wonderful and will help you in anyway Thsnk You Jim Long snd Staff

Great Cadillac

After looking at many dealerships I came across Long. I got my Caddy 2 weeks ago and are really happy. A friend of mine sent me in after lots of frustration at other dealers and this one worked out great. Also John gave me good financing so i was even happier. My friend who sent me in still loves her truck she bought 2 years ago. I did ask for her salesman and he left but then new guy was good also. After i bought my friend got a referral so I made her take me to dinner. Yea!!!

I purchased a Tahoe from them 8 months ago and was great. Unfortunately I was hit in one of the huge rain storms and the insurance company actually gave me more than I paid for it. WAY COOL. I then bought another vehicle and has been great for the past month. thanks again Long's Auto. I sent in my sister and you did a great job.

I purchased a car today from Longs Auto Place. This was the best auto purchasing experience I've ever had. Joe was wonderful to work with right from my first email. It was a very personal experience, all my questions were explained and more. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a used vehicle to go to Longs.

I bought my VW from this dealer. It has been over 6 months since I have owned it. I was surfing the internet and came accross this web site and saw 1 good and one bad review. I figured I should put my 2 cents in. I had great experience with the sales department. and Joe, the owner, treated me like a king. I have not had any mechanical work needed so I don't know about the service department. Usually, I don't write good or bad in these blogs but I felt compeled to do so. Thanks so much for all the service Long's Auto Place.

Quality Junk

I purchased an '02 Lincoln from Long's Auto and it has brought me great disappoinment. It's going on three weeks now(after only having the car for not even 3 months) that my car has been in the shop, and the mechanic still can't figure out the problem. The car just shuts off while cruising- he put in a new ignition switch, check/tightened every possible wire... I don't believe the statement "Our mechanic Bob Dorner has over 25 years experience and is continually training to keep up with the complex nature of today’s automobiles." I called about my car and supposedly he was going to call me back; over two weeks later I have yet to recieve a phone call. I am very disappointed with the customer service at Long's Auto and will not even think of purchasing another rig from there.
