Long Lines Has Bad Reliability, Broken Promises, Bad Billing, Bad, Bad Bad

I was a Long Lines Cable TV and Internet customer. I would constantly have trouble with the Cable TV going mute for a few seconds. My internet was slow. I was promised 2 or 3 months free, but then on my third month, found a bill for 2 months of service due (over $550!).When I switched over to Cableone, my internet was 5X faster, my Cable TV was better and I never had any issues.I should have made the swtich sooner.

Was always haing trouble getting on iternet on weekends.off and on problem. Biggest problem was customer service.Really there is none. But living in Salix I had fewer choices.I have been with LongLines forever. Recently I changed my phone and internet over to Aventurenet.net.10 times better I haven't had to customer service for the past 4 months. When I did call with a ? about billing, get this, I got a human voice right off the bat. Love it everyone should change.Get this i also saved about $15 a month and got more options than I had before. Both me and my wife are much happier with aventurenet.net
