Good design; fair execution; dissatisfied with warranty response by ecabbott - 12/07/2009London Landscaping (LL) designed and built a large stamped concrete patio for me incl. a water feature and a large fireplace. It was a VERY significant investment. They tout themselves as a higher-end company, but they aren't.I give LL high marks for design concepts, but their execution was lacking and warranty support with problems after completion have been dissatisfactory at best. The concrete patio had MANY places where the concrete stamping was incomplete and voids in the surface where the aggregate/gravel in the concrete was showing through. I'd never seen these problems in ANY stamped concrete in my exp. Very dissappointing. At 7 months, the water feature started to leak under the stone veneer. LL's owner came out & suggested sealing the front, which I did, but to no avail. He came out again & ran some tests, but ended up doing nothing. I still have a leaking water feature & LL has not responded to requested for futher action. I do not recommend them.
