I have been going to Baileys for years and the service just gets better. Quick friendly service and knowledgeable staff. I have bought an engine for my Kia and numerous body parts for my Chevy and Ford. The prices of the smaller things like interior trim is a bit high but at the end of the day much more reasonable than a part from the dealer.

Even though all the people stayed, and the counter is new and pretty, this place lost a lot when it changed to LKQ. They "cleaned up" the yard and got rid of 90% of their inventory, so odds are they will not have it in stock. Part pulling now focuses on speed instead of doing it right, so connectors, hoses and cables are cut instead of disconnected, so if you are needing that small part that isn't sold new, you are out of luck. Prices went up too, %70 to %90 of new retail on everything. Sure you get a 90 day warranty now, but only if you keep the receipt and don't clean the part up before installing it (and wash their paint mark off). Overall, Pocatello lost a great salvage yard and gained nothing.

Hold on to your receipt for dear life . Even if you bought the item two hours ago come back with no receipt , even if they have it in the computer, even if the person that sold it too you remembers you bought it . ITS A BIG FAT NO ON RETURNING IT . THIS PLACE IS A JOKE .

i purchased a engine from this business. when i had questions i was transferred six times then i was put on hold for 15 minutes. all of that with no results. they are not getting any businesss from me of anyone i know.

doug is the one i deal with..very knoleageable and gets the right part the first time, gives you the best deal on the partsand makes sure that the part is a good one...highly recomended for his professionalism and help.doug is the onei would recomend to call

My visit to Bailey's was the best. I was assisted by a profesional who had it down to a fine science. The vehicle, (94 Skylark)was about chance. there was nothing chancy about the service. I had a part chaser with the right tools and a willingness to bring the part out with no damage. Prices were great. Would recommend.

When you call ask for Larry, He is a take charge kind of person and will do what it takes to find your part. If Larry is not there all the other counter people are very nice to work with also. I feel that they do what it takes to meet my needs. Thanks
