i am sory i did not mention the help.they were awesome and very caring i applaud them all for thier help.not the one that pushed the flea meds or the specific vet at that sure there were underlyng issues at hand as to why she would not touch my dog.when my wife got home i found out seems in the past that bullet nipped at her [this dog has never showed any type of aggression in his 10 yrs of sure the other vets are fine but if your scared of a particular animal you should have enough since to pass case on to next vet.[Common Sense] to the helpers and desk help thank you.

I always come back

by Kris B. , 06/15/2010

I live now live about 25 miles from Columbia City and have tried other vets over the years, but I always come back to Line Street Vet. The vets have up-to-date information, great facilities and amazing staff. Dr. Mawhorter, the lead vet, is a a knowledgeble and caring man. When our dog Jackson was dying, he provided excellent and practical care but also cried along with me. Vets are also concerned about pain management, something that seems missing at other vet practices. Vet techs and support staff need special mention: they are plentiful, skilled and kind. Line Street does not have budget pricing, but it seems fair for the quality of care received.

My George

by Sissyscat , 09/17/2009

I have had my cat George for 12 yrs We orginally called him Godzilla because the way he would go up on his hind legs and greet us. but later on he was away a sweetie alway gave us kisses so we called him Georgie as in the little child hood poem. George had been pleagued with alurgies and sezuries most his life but he was always loving and a great mouser. He was very protective of the boys in the yard kept them from harm. But some how some way he disappeared we found him in a neighbors yard unable to walk. crying so helplessly. Not knowing what happen. We took him to Linestreet hospital because our local clinic that we have used for many years, would not take him. We had to take care of him and Line street hospital done a wonderful job and lessening his pain and helpped him to heaven. I will ever be so grateful. And will always come to Line Street Hospital for all my needs for my animals. They Truely understand the love we have for our pets.
