Lindaman's opened in the spring of 1984, seeking to offer gourmet food made completely from scratch and using only the finest ingredients. Conceived primarily as a take-out restaurant, it quickly became apparent that our customers enjoyed the unique and comfortable atmosphere, and soon after tables and chairs were added.

In addition to being known for our excellent gourmet fare, Lindaman's fast gained a reputation as one of the premier coffee houses in the Northwest.
