Linda Flood (Joelle) is great. I have multiple experiences with her renting one house in Folsom for me for several years and multiple tenants.

She has also rented several properties for me in Fair Oaks and Rancho Cordova.

She is very professional, Honnest, direct, and makes sure all applicants are properly looked at and then runs the needed information for all the qualified people by the owner for decision.

I highly recommend Joelle and Linda Flood Inc.

Linda Flood and her staff are professional and have a great management company. Small, but personable. Always been a pleasant experience dealing with Linda and Joelle. Both have an awesome way of getting things done in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend if looking for Property Management or Sales Team.
