The other reviews are spot on. This place is not consumer friendly and gives the run-around so they can charge and charge without following up. My doctor has sent in more than 3 requests for follow-up testing, yet they keep claiming they have no doctor's order. Tried to lodge a complaint with Medicare, but they are so overwhelmed they cannot seem to get their phone transfer system to work. Don't want to spend a half hour on the phone with them. WARNING: Do your research before signing on for any oxygen from anybody or ANY
piece of durable medical equipment for that matter. Medicare will only allow a change after 5 years. So if you are delivered a piece of equipment, it is yours for 5 years. You cannot exchange it for a smaller, more compact and travel friendly model or one more technologically advanced, in other words you cannot exchange "like for like". Research, so you can get the right equipment for your needs in the first place. Of course, you don't know this in the beginning when the doctor orders equipment. We need to hold our doctors accountable for keeping on top of their provider recommendations and the type of equipment available for our needs.
Beware of all the paperwork you are asked to sign, like the other reviewer mentioned. There are pages and pages and you are signing up for life (at least 5 years, which is pretty much lifetime for some lung diseases).
