Hi, I see we are being reviewed based on occurrences that happened in the Hot Dogs Groomery shop that was at our same address. Lilly Bees Pet Spa bought out Hot Dogs Groomery as of January 1st 2013, and we are a very experienced staff of Groomers, Vet Techs, and Dog Trainers. We would never allow mistreatment to any animal that walks into our doors, and in no way would we hire anyone to work here that isn't the most patient loving and kind to each and every pet. Because we share the same address as Hot Dogs Groomery, it seems we also share reviews even though we are not the same business. Thank you and have a wonderful day!
