Awful Company - Lousy customer service by

I recognized the name when they took the school pictures. I just wasn't aware that this company was so horrid. I just FINALLY received my CD with the pictures that were taken in the beginning of the school year. It is December 20th for crying outloud! It took multiple emails and complaints to even acknowledge the problem, then they failed to process the order "in the next two weeks" FOR MONTHS. Tell your Principal to drop them like a bad habit. I will tell my school how horrid they are and hope they choose a decent company for next year. CRAPPY TOUCH, inc.

Ohhhh myyyyy Lord Jesus the Christ!!!!!! Somewhere a village is missing several of it's idiots and they are at lifetouch! From Bobbie, to George I am blowing steam from my ears! These people took our $ but didn't place our order. Then they sneaking lay tried to redo the order but sent out the wrong one! After all this they THEN got attitudes and told us they were going to take 14 days! What????? No the heck you aren't! You are going to give me my stuff IMMEDIATELY! Encourage your Bay Area Schools to use Eric Logenden photography because he is the BEST running company right now. These idiots need to shut down because they are going to end up in a massive lawsuit if they continue to give this crappy business

Lifetouch is an extortion racket. They have a monopoly on school pictures. They are constantly sending home "extra" picture packages with our kids with instructions to have their parents pay for them or they have to return them. We do not ask for these, of course the kids want them once they have them. Crappy business and rude photgraphers. Horrible customer service at the corporate level.
Lifetouch not a good company by
My son graduated from Enloe G. Magnet High school in Raleigh, NC this past June 2014.Lifetouch sent me an email to order a 8x10 portrait of my son receiving his diploma from his principal. I ordered the photo and Lifetouch took my money. I just recently received a notice in the mail that the image was not clear enough to print and my money would be refunded. I called customer service today 866-688-9143 and spoke with a rep who pulled the image up and she states indeed it was not clear as a result of the photographer taking it. I am VERY disappointed that I will not be able to receive the photo because it is a moment in time that we can never receive because of a mistake your photographer has made. Your company is probably so big that it really doesn't care but I had to send this response anyway. I am hoping I NEVER have to use your company again and I am hoping after this my friends and family will never have to use your company EVER again. I plan to put this complaint on any website I possibly can and hope that it helps someone else.
Bad photos, Bad customer service, Unprofessional by
We got sports photos. The individual pose was not good or flattering and hair was messed up. With digital cameras, there is no excuse for this type of photo. Team picture in package had a couple of girls with eyes closed. Again, no excuse when you can preview the pictures on site. When I contacted the office they said the lab printed the wrong photo. I insisted they send new team photos to the whole team. That was 3 weeks ago. I followed up and they thought it was taken care of even though no one ever took ownership to follow up and follow through. I can never speak to the same person. The person "you need to speak with" is always out of the office. Our season is ending and still no new team photo! This is not surprising as they have done the photos in the past and there always seems to be some issue. I wish we could get a new company to take school and sports portraits. Only rating one star because I have too. I would not give any stars for the quality and serivce that I received.
No pictures! No contact! No way to get a refund ! by
Paid for school pictures and never received. Messages left and no call returned. Called corporate and waited on hold just to be disconnected! Where are my pictures? You have my money and I have nothing!
Customer service SUCKS by
I have been trying to get group photos(63) from a festival that happened back in October and have made 6 separate phone calls to get this resolved and no one can make a decision but not that it matters no one ever calls back!!!!
