In the situation below the washer came in twice with 2 seperate service issues. Also, the machine was being loaded by both an employee and the customer. It was offered to replace the cosmetic parts at Lifestyle's expense and also offered to go to the customers home to replace these parts so they would not have to haul the machine again.

Took our washer in to get it fixed,3 washes later it didn't work again & had to haul it again. Then they dropped it out of the back of my pickup & blamed me. Liars & cheap skates! Avoid at all costs, go out of town for repairs or business.

I totally disagree with any comments about poor service. We have used Lifestyle for many years and never had anything but amzing service and always very friendly and knowledgable. I will never go anywhere else.

Poor Service. They had our equipment for over 2 weeks and when I called to ask if it was done they didn't even know what was wrong with it yet. Not recommended
