Customer for life by Bailey1 - 09/30/2009Thanks to the staff at Liberty Toyota who showed a high level of customer service and integrity. I'm a single mom of three so time is very important to me. My Internet Sales Rep. actually drove the Venza to my office so I could test drive the car. Once I agreed it was the right choice, he had everything waiting and ready for me when I walked in. The children's play area kept the kids entertained while I finished the paperwork. At the time of delivery, Everett had actually programmed all the radio stations and BlueTooth in my new car! By the way, love their new building!
