Customer for life thanks to high integrity from dealership by Bailey1 - 09/30/2009Thanks to the staff at Liberty Toyota who showed a high level of customer service and integrity. I'm a single mom of three so time is very important to me. My Internet Sales Rep. Everett actually drove the Venza to my office so I could test drive the car. Once I agreed it was the right choice, he had everything waiting and ready for me when I walked in. The children's play area kept the kids entertained while I finished the paperwork. This is now my dealership of choice.
who knows about the service? by no liberty - 07/30/2009After calling to make an appointment for an oil change, the girl says no appointment needed, we have a big new service/lube area, just bring it in. So I say, do you have a drop box, as I'd like to leave it at 6AM. YES SIR, was her reply, they'll get to it first thing if you drop it using the "Early Bird" drop box.So on the envelope I write I'll pick the vehicle up at noon. I put the envelope in the drop box, and leave for work. At noon I return, only to find they have no record of me in the computer, and can't find a service packet. Eventually they go out and check the drop box, and lo and behold, there is my envelope. Nobody had checked the drop box at all...so the work never got performed.I took my key from them, and that's the last they will see of me.Mike HennesseyLake George, Colorado
