You're out of luck dealing with them but I would suggest contacting the BBB (who they are accredited with) or the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (who they are certified with).

My SO's car was towed here, they are contracted with the city of Schiller Park, and though the information we were given says 24-hours when we called the office is actually only open from 9-5 Mon-Fri; it's misleading and they know that which is why there business hours are listed nowhere not even on their own website.

His car was towed there on a Friday after work; needless to say, he cannot get his car until Monday. When I called the guy was vague, short and rude. When I asked for his name he wouldn't give it to me. I asked about cost and the man who answered the phone every time I called claimed he didn't know anything; he didn’t say that but every time I asked a question he wouldn’t answer me. If I am calling the main business number and it's being answered why is someone, who apparently doesn't know anything not even his own name, allowed to answer the phone? Some business.. I want to know HOW they received accreditation from such a respected agency as the BBB?!

I will update on what happens Monday.

This company does not care for its coustmers, a laptop was missing out of the car, and we were told to go stick it when we questioned him about it. He continued to swear at us in front of my five year old son, after constant request to lower his voice and watch his mouth. I would not wish that kind of verbal abuse on anyone. We came in to have the car move, he was barefoot, dirty, and did not show one ounce of class! This a is great example of how shady some people in the tow buisness can be!
