Women Beware.....

I choose the Draper Les Schwab location because it was close to my home. I was greeted by an employee who couldn't wait to open the door for me. (great job) I was trying to get four chrome wheels mounted. I was told by Big Jim, the manager, that the price would be $202.00. I was also told that I needed to purchase tire pressure sensor bands. Big Jim made me look foolish in front of other male customers. I drove out of the parking lot to a Ford delearship and had the wheels mounted for $49.00. News flash Jim.!!!! The sensor bands are reuseable. Big mistake JIM...You should know better...

Awesome!

Bryan, Jim, and the crew at this location go above and beyond to be helpful. On 2 occasions when the location on State Street and 43rd (or so) has blatantly lied to me and then failed to follow through with service, these guys came to the rescue. Fast service, clean waiting area, honest and reliable staff. Thanks!
