DON'T USE CARWASH

I have an SUV and used the automatic carwash with a staff member closely monitoring. It is the type where you put your car in neutral and the car is carried via the traction system or whatever it is called. Near the end of the drying cycle my car made a big sound near the tire. I became very concerned and got out of my car and asked the attendant what was the cause. He stated that the weight of SUV's make the wheels hit a piece of hard steel plating under which the small wheels of the traction system roll beneath. The sound made me think there was damage done to my vehicle.A short while later after leaving the shop, I noticed my tire inflation indicator light on. I hope there is no damage to my tires as I have not had a chance to take them to be inspected at the business from which they were purchased. [ After a tire inspection from the place from which my tires were purchased they were found to be 10 lbs. under recommended pressure!]The attendant did a nice job removing bugs from my vehicle after a recent trip. I stopped to get a wash at this location for the first and LAST time!!! I was in the area and needed the bugs removed. The business site looks old but I didn't expect my vehicle to be damaged from a simple car washing.MY ADVICE IS THAT YOU DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH THE CAR WASH!

I stopped by for a small fix for my car. They were able to do it immediately, for a reasonable price, and with friendly service to boot.
