Disappointed with integrity and fairness. Having to lien for a public works project when they are backcharging for undocumented and unwarranted findings, almost 3 months after promise of payment. A promised purchase order situation drug into a non-contracted dispute with offer to pay 1/2 of the verbal negotiation.
