First off I posted a great 1 star review and they took it down. With that being said you know they are trying to get lousy reviews on here. They are clearly not to be trusted in anything they do. Secondly I went in to the store with my parents to find a filter for our pool and the man and lady we're very rude to my mother and mainly my father when we went in and told them we got the wrong filter and would like to exchange or get our money back they were flipping us off, cursing, and telling us to leave the store, threatened us many many times. I've never have such poor service in my whole life. They are thieves and out for your money. NEVER, EVER AGAIN. I'm so disgusted.

These guys don't even deserve a star. They were in the store helping my father. When he bought the part, he came home and found it didn't fit. When he returned, the store owner was saying that she will help find the part. My dad wasn invited to the back by another employee. When he found the part he needed, the woman owner kicked him out making him leave both the money he wanted for the returned items and the returned items. She then refused to give service to my parents who were being polite about things. This company is full of thieves and deserves to be shut down. I could bet the only returning customers are relatives. Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life

I am writing to highly recommend Leisure Pool and Spa regarding our recent purchase of our swim spa. Jonathan provided excellent advise on which swim spa to purchase and facilitated the installation. He made sure it was operating correctly and that our power source was adequate and appropriate. He is always willing to respond quickly to any questions or concerns I may have regarding the spa. This was not our first swim spa. About ten years ago we bought our first swim spa from the same company and worked with Jonathan's dad and brother Chris. We had moved a few years ago and had to leave our old spa behind. There was no question when we bought our new home and decided to get another swim spa that we would go back to Leisure Pool and Spa. The entire staff and crew of Leisure Pool and Spa provide excellent service and support. you could not ask fora better or more friendly company to work with!

very disappointing tech replaced heater in old tub knowing it wasn't right, it went out 2 days later. can't get him back to fix it right it't been 3 weeks now won't return my phone calls or texts. if you have an old tub don't call them for repairs.

These guys know their stuff. I have been comming to them for 15 years now and they have always helped me with our pool since they installedIt. They do get busy in the summer and you may have to wait for them a week, but it's worth it!

I called the store cause I had a question on something to do with my pool. The conversation went as follows: Me: "Mam, I have a question for you." Woman: " I don't have time for your bulls**t!"She hung up on me. So I instantly called back. Me: "Mam, I have a question." Woman: " Can't you see I'm Busy?"She hung up yet again. So I called back instantly the third time. Me: "Mam, I have a question." Woman: " I don't have time for you."And she hung up again. I never called back. Obviously she was crazy to respond to me in such a manner. I will never go here and I suggest that if you want better and more professional service to go else where cause they don't seem to care about their business.

On a return trip from Idaho to Wyoming I needed to stop in Ogden to buy a filter cartridge for my pool. Not being familier with the area I had my daughter look up pool supply businesses and found Leisure Pool & Spa. I went to there business and was helped by a young lady who tool me into their storage room to find a cartridge. I picked out a cartridge that I thought was large enough and purchased it along with other pool cleaning items. When I got back home I found the cartridge I had purchases was too small. The following week I took the unopened cartridge back to the store to get a refund. The female owner wanted to charge me a 20% restocking fee saying that it was a special order item. I told her that I didn't special order anything and that I picked the filter out of her back room. She argued with me and said she specifically remembered ordering the item for me. I had never been in her store before. After an arguement She then proceeded to kick me out of her store, lock the doors and refused to give me my money back. They are forcing me to take them to small claims court to recoup my money. Unbelievable behavior from the owner of the company. Will never do business with them again and urge others not as well.

I talked to a young lady with whom I described the cartridge to and she proceeded to take me into their back storage room and showed me the cartridges they had. She then proceeded to kick me out of her store and lock the doors. Amazing! Now I have to take them to court. I will not be back to do business there again.

I will never contact this company again for any reason. They are dishonest, unprofessional and frankly don't care. When I asked to speak with the owner, John Sr., I was told that he had better things to do. They tried to charge me $200 just to have an estimate done to repair a heater in my spa. The technician showed up, made small talk and then informed me that he was on the clock, had to spend an hour at my house because the minimum charge for the estimate was $99.90. After the hour was up, I was informed that there was also an $80 trip charge. WHAT!!? No one EVER told me of these charges and other companies don't charge for an estimate. Seriously, find another company to help with your needs. BAD COMPANY!!!!!

Chris from Leisure Pool and Spa provided us excellent service. We had our heater replaced and a GFI installed. He knew exactly what we needed and even drove to two different locations to get the parts and didn't charge us for the time he spent traveling. We would definitely recommend them for any type of repairs.

Highly recommend these guys for repairs. They were fast, efficient, and affordable. We have a tub from a company that has gone out of business but these guys were still able to get the parts we needed.

These people do not want your business on small parts. It is just not worth their time and effort. Your calls are not returned and you are led on. For me it was a week and half of waiting to see if they had the right directional jet or would order one.(1st call) Talked to young women gave her info. on tub and I need 2 jets. She would call me back. (Two) Days later I called and talked to another lady. She didn't know,I repeated information. She was going to call the factory and find out how much shipping and parts are no call back.(3rd effort) I talked to a young guy wanted to know what year, I told him. (4rth time) Talked to owner he said he might have some in stalk. He wanted me to send pictures of jets and info on spa. I did. Never heard for two days. (5th call) He hadn't looked at his email and wanted to call back. I told him no his service is poor. He said if I didn't like it go somewhere else. I told him I would but there is no other master spa. Said have nice day and hung up.

Helpful staff, knew my frustration with spa chemicals, and offerd a free water test and help on what to do. They stuck with me until I got my chemicals in balance. Very friendly, I can tell that they are a family business.
