My daughter is a college student there in Tallahassee, FL. She took her 1999 Toyota 4 runner in for servicing twice within a two month period and had the technician to do the diagnostic check and found several problems. We were told that the problem with the shaking of the car would be repaired with what was explained. We went to pick the car up and the shaking was still there and was told that it would stop after driving it for awhile and that we needed a fourth cyclinder replaced and that would take care of the shaking and the system engine light being on. We took the vehicle back in November to get the cyclinder replaced and was told again that the shaking and the system engine light would go off. We the shaking did stop but the engine light is still on. We were told that the light would go off as soon as the computer recognized that it was now running on all cyclinders. It is December the 7th and the light is still on. I'm very DISPLEASED WITH THE SERVICE.

Horrible people, horrible service!

Me and my fiance recently purchased a 2006 Chevy Cobalt from this dealership. While test drving the car it sputtered. Excuses were made and the saleman said that they fixed the problem. We then took the car home. Four days after purchasing the vehicle the car was sputtering so bad we could not drive it to a mechanic to see what the problem may be. Legacy decided to get the car towed from our hometown (Bainbridge, GA) to Tallahassee so that they could diagnose the problem. We had a verbal agreement and that was: " As long as we did not cause the problem with the car, they would fix it." After 3 business days and numerous unreturned phone calls we went and got the car, still not running. They took back their word and said it was not their fault it happended. They offered to fix the car and us pay but they wanted almost $500 for what we could fix for $200. Not to mention the dirty deeds they pulled on us but the service was horrible and obviously the cars aren't reliable.

Bait and switch games, deal only good for one day, do not do business with them. Enter the lions den at your own risk. if they are talking, they are lying. They are not your friends. They are bad bad bad. if i could rate with no stars i would. Walk away and deal with another dealer that is a little more honest. These guys are who give car dealers a bad name.
