horrible customer service..... dont get screwed by this place!!!! by ccb22 - 06/27/2008
this is for sure one of those [jerk you around] places. we new exactly the car we wanted, so we called and they said they had it. come to find out it only was the color we wanted, didnt meet any of our other needs-wants like they told us it did. but we decided after all that we liked the car. so my wife filled out all the paperwork and we left with the car. 6 days later we get a call that she needs a cosigner!!! my question is why did they let us leave with the car????? anyway we went to our bank where she got a check in like 20 min. with about a 5% better intrest rate and 70 dollar less monthly payment. I WILL NEVER EVER EVEN CONSIDER DOING BUSINESS WITH LEGACY MAZDA EVER AGAIN. and i highly recommend that you or anybody you know doesn't either. thanks for your time
